Description:

• Read and follow route sheets, work instructions, and blueprints.
• Apply adhesives and sealants with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed products to ensure IPC quality standards are met.
• Track and enter work orders using the Paradigm system.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to expand your skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

• Pay - $20.00 to 22.50/hour
• All shifts available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
