Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing the LCSW to engage with clients through virtual platforms while also conducting necessary in-person visits when required. Our Detox Center collaborates closely with healthcare professionals, including nurses and addiction counselors, ensuring that you have a supportive interdisciplinary team backing you. While the standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, some flexibility will be necessary to accommodate client needs, which may require occasional evening hours or weekends.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their psychosocial needs related to addiction and mental health, addressing emotional, social, and behavioral factors.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, tailored to their unique needs and recovery goals.

• Provide counseling, emotional support, and therapeutic interventions to clients, guiding them through the recovery process and assisting them in overcoming barriers.

• Advocate for clients by helping them access appropriate community resources and services, ensuring they receive the necessary support.

• Maintain close communication with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct regular check-ins via virtual platforms or in-person visits to monitor clients' progress, assess living conditions, and address potential risks.

• Facilitate conflict resolution among family members related to care decisions, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.

• Educate clients and families on coping mechanisms, addiction resources, and community programs that enhance social interaction and support overall quality of life.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Stay current with best practices in social work, particularly regarding addiction and mental health, ensuring compliance with professional standards.

As an LCSW at Adaptable Human Solutions Clinic, you will primarily interact with individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid Arizona state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
