- Build the foundation for future team growth by helping create a strong operational base for additional hires as volume increases.
- Maintain strict compliance with study protocols, site procedures, and quality standards at all times.
- Partner with physicians and other site stakeholders to keep study activities organized, timely, and well communicated.
- Solve problems proactively and adapt quickly in a start-up environment where priorities and study mix may evolve.
- Support communication with sponsors, monitors, and other external partners regarding site readiness, visits, and study conduct.
- Help grow the site responsibly with an ownership mindset around efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
- Learn and prepare for new clinical research studies as they are awarded to the site.
- Travel for training and site support as needed, especially during the initial onboarding and pre-launch period to gain hands-on experience in established DelRicht locations.
