Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist

Med-Metrix in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ, is seeking a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist to ensure inpatient documentation accurately reflects illness severity, care complexity, and DRG assignment. You will perform concurrent chart reviews, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and lead education on documentation standards.
