Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing relationship dynamics and individual challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat a wide range of issues, including addiction, grief, family conflict, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client and family.
\n
• Document progress and adjust treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments.
\n
• Participate in supervision and continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with external providers and agencies as needed to present a comprehensive support system for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the privilege of working with a variety of clients, including adults and children/adolescents. You will provide care addressing:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency.
\n
• Psychological and physical abuse related concerns.
\n
• Grief and loss issues affecting individuals and families.
\n
• Conflicts among family members, including sibling challenges.

• Adjustments during separation and divorce.
\n
• Communication difficulties within families, and issues stemming from blended family dynamics.

• Job-related stress and medical disorders that impact mental health.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
\n
• An active and valid state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n
