Legal Billing Coordinator

Compensation Compensation: Up to $85K Schedule Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week for first 6 months → hybrid (1 day WFH, with potential for increased flexibility over time) About the Role We are partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong legal billing experience who is highly detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full billing cycle, including preparation, review, and distribution of client invoices Work directly with attorneys and internal stakeholders to ensure billing accuracy and timeliness Process edits, adjustments, and write-offs in accordance with client guidelines Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with firm and client requirements Resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies efficiently Support month-end close and reporting activities Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with Elite 3E (required) 2+ years of billing experience within a law firm or professional services environment Strong understanding of legal billing processes and client guidelines High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr 1872 Consulting
