The role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to balance your personal and professional life effectively while working within a supportive team setting. As part of a community health clinic, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, focused on providing comprehensive care to a diverse client population. Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs. Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions for various demographics, including families, couples, and individuals, addressing a wide array of mental health issues. Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards to ensure holistic and ongoing care for clients. Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training, and staying informed on the latest mental health research. Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families who have limited access to traditional mental health care services. Your focus will be on treating a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Your compassionate approach and tailored therapy plans will empower clients to achieve their mental health goals and foster resilience in their everyday lives. Qualifications

A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly within a clinical setting. A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and familiarity with telehealth technologies. Preferred Experience

Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
