What You'll Do

• Perform independent medical assessments within outpatient primary care standards
• Provide holistic care to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on wellness, disease prevention, and health promotion
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions
• Lead and serve as a resource within the care team for clinical judgments and patient management
• Support operational efficiency and compliance in a clinical setting
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team covering specialties such as family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and more

What You Need

• Vermont APRN licensure in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient primary care experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
