Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication to address inquiries and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty through regular feedback and engagement.

• Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and minimize churn, contributing to the company's growth objectives.

• Provide clients with clear, actionable advice on insurance products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Monitor and analyze client interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
