Logistics Clerk

Position Summary The Corporate Logistics Clerk provides administrative and operational support within the logistics function, ensuring accurate reconciliation of shipments and invoices. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient supply chain operations by supporting transportation processes. Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, LLC., a family‑owned 110‑year‑old company, is the long‑term industry leader in refrigerated semi‑trailers and North America’s fourth largest semi‑trailer manufacturer. UTMC is headquartered in City of Industry, California. This is an on‑site position. Key Responsibilities Data entry for shipments and invoices Perform shipment (BOL) reconciliation against scheduled loads to ensure accuracy and completeness of shipped freight. Perform freight invoice reconciliation by verifying invoice charges to load contracted rates. Maintain and update various files / reports. Assist Logistics Coordinators as needed. Requirements Excellent time management skills. Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills. Excellent planning and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and record keeping skills. Must work well with others in a group setting and can work in a highly time‑sensitive environment. Excellent computer skills and must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel. Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, prioritize, and draw valid conclusions. Certifications, Licenses & Registrations None required.
