The day-to-day:

• Provide a great employee experience!
• Demonstrate leadership, train and coach the team for operational excellence, and recognize and motivate team members.
• Provide professional development opportunities for your team through training and mentoring.
• Recruit, interview, and hire great additions to your team!
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through operational excellence.
• Personally engage with customers, swiftly resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain high food and health safety standards without exception.
• Act like an owner through Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management to optimize restaurant performance.

• Will ensure operational excellence through adherence to policies and consistent processes.

Essential functions:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, use hands and arms for reaching and grasping, lift 30 pounds, see, hear, and talk.
