Your Role What You'll Contribute

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory testssuch as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established procedures.
• Evaluate results for precision, address discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Meticulously record all procedures, provide training for new staff or students, and ensure compliance with lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, secure workspace while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your career.
