Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans that target clients' specific needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, effectively addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while also upholding the integrity of client confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and supervision to stay informed on the latest mental health research and treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients, enhancing overall treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n
