Care Plans: Implement and follow treatment plans established by the supervising RN. Timely Documentation: Chart patient progress and treatment responses accurately and efficiently. RN Collaboration : Coordinate and communicate patient status regularly with the supervising RN. What You Need: License: Active Florida Registered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.
