About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Demand Generation to lead the development and execution of a robust demand engine. This executive will be responsible for owning the global campaign strategy, setting and delivering pipeline targets, and building for international markets. The role demands a leader who can integrate account-based marketing, partner marketing, and customer marketing into a cohesive strategy that drives the full sales funnel, from response to pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with a focus on AI for customer experience, and will be adept at applying modern marketing technologies and AI tools to enhance demand generation. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Demand Generation include leading a global team, partnering with sales and marketing organizations, and representing the demand engine to the executive team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of setting and defending global demand strategies, and will have a hands-on approach to modern marketing stacks. They should be comfortable with accountability, lead with a team-first mentality, and be committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and at least 15 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 8 years in a demand generation leadership role.
