Senior Recruiter-Pharma R&D
Hunt Remotely
Duties And Responsibilities Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define specifications and provide market data. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies. Evaluate candidate profiles and build strong talent pipelines. Engage candidates with timely updates throughout the process. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market compensation guidelines. Mentor Recruiters and other team members. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field. Significant recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO or agency setting. Familiarity with ATS and social media sourcing tools. Knowledge of HR principles, talent acquisition metrics, and OFCCP regulations. Skills: Pharmaceutical R&D experience, Consulting skills, Talent Sourcing, Relationship Management, Recruitment Strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
