Strategic Payroll Operations Lead
RPM Living
RPM Living is seeking a Payroll Operations Manager to own payroll processes, ensure accuracy, and drive improvements. This hybrid role partners with accounting, HR and other teams to maintain compliant, efficient payroll operations. You will oversee month-end close, audits, tax filings, and system updates while staying current on wage and hour laws, garnishments, and benefit deductions.
