Marketing Specialist

**** Scottsdale, AZ | Full-Time Position Overview We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and customer-facing brand activities. The Marketing Specialist will work across multiple projects, helping coordinate campaign details, prepare marketing materials, support local promotions, and maintain consistent messaging across customer touchpoints. You’ll also participate in select events and activations, working directly with customers while gathering insights that can help strengthen future marketing efforts. This position requires someone who can balance creative thinking with strong organization and execution. Marketing & Campaign Responsibilities Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives Coordinate campaign timelines, materials, and day-to-day marketing activities Assist with local marketing programs and brand promotions Prepare and organize marketing materials for upcoming campaigns Support select events, pop-ups, and customer-facing brand activations Communicate product, service, and campaign information to customers during marketing initiatives Assist with social media content and other customer-facing communications Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials and campaign activities Track campaign participation, customer engagement, and other marketing activity Gather and organize customer feedback and campaign insights Conduct basic market and competitor research Assist with promotional calendars and upcoming campaign schedules Coordinate with internal teams on campaign requirements and deadlines Help maintain marketing materials, displays, signage, and promotional inventory Contribute ideas for future campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives Skills & Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines Creative and solutions-oriented approach to marketing Comfortable interacting with customers when supporting live campaigns Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using common business and marketing platforms Interest in marketing strategy, campaign management, promotions, content, or brand marketing Availability for occasional evening or weekend marketing events A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field is helpful but not required. Previous experience in marketing, communications, events, promotions, customer service, hospitality, social media, or another customer-facing environment is also helpful.
