Marketing Specialist Location: Scottsdale, AZ (In-Office) Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt/Salaried Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience Department: Marketing ABOUT JAQUE BETHKE DESIGN Jaque Bethke Design (JAQUE) is a design firm built on strong creative standards, high-touch client relationships, and a fast-moving, detail-driven culture. As our client base and project volume grow, we're building out a dedicated marketing function to match — and this role is central to that effort. POSITION SUMMARY The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, producing, and executing marketing content and campaigns across social media, web, and print, while also providing direct marketing support to the sales team. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone with real creative and technical marketing skill — not a coordination-only position. The right candidate can independently take a concept from brief to finished, on-brand deliverable across multiple channels, and is comfortable using modern AI-assisted design and content tools to work efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own the social media content calendar and publish across all brand platforms, including copywriting, graphics, and light video/photo editing Monitor engagement and messages daily and respond in a timely, on-brand manner Build, update, and maintain website pages, ensuring content, imagery, and functionality stay current Design and produce print marketing materials, including brochures, signage, leave-behinds, and event collateral, from concept through print-ready files Partner directly with the sales team to produce pitch decks, proposal materials, one-pagers, and other sales enablement content Plan and execute marketing campaigns and product/service launches, including asset creation, photoshoot coordination, and on-time delivery Maintain brand consistency across every channel and touchpoint, working closely with leadership on creative direction Use AI-assisted rendering, design, and content-generation tools to accelerate production without sacrificing quality Track performance across channels and report on what's working, flagging opportunities and risks proactively Keep marketing assets, files, and shared drives organized, labeled, and accessible to the team REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of professional experience in a marketing specialist, generalist, or similar hands-on marketing role Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted design and content creation tools Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva Experience managing and updating a website (Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, or similar platform) Proven social media management skills across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite Print production experience, from design concept to print-ready file specifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field Experience supporting a sales team, including familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce Agency, design studio, or other client-services marketing background Basic video editing and motion graphics skills COMPENSATION & BENEFITS This is a full-time, exempt/salaried position offering $90,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
