HubSpot & Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Description

Description:HubSpot Administration

Lead HubSpot setup, configuration, and optimization
Build and maintain CRM structure, properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages
Create workflows, automations, forms, landing pages, and email campaigns
Manage lists, segmentation, lead scoring, and data hygiene
Import, export, and maintain CRM data
Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and recommend best practices
Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership

Marketing Operations

Execute email marketing campaigns
Assist with campaign planning and automation
Maintain marketing assets and templates
Coordinate lead generation initiatives
Track campaign performance and provide recommendations
Support social media and digital marketing initiatives when needed

Systems & Business Operations

Assist with Stripe implementation and setup
Support data migration between systems
Help improve operational workflows and documentation
Coordinate integrations between HubSpot and third-party applications
Provide general administrative support on technology and business process projects

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration
Experience implementing HubSpot from the ground up
Strong understanding of CRM architecture and automation
Experience building workflows, sequences, reports, dashboards, and campaigns
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

HubSpot Certifications
Experience with Stripe
Experience with CRM data migrations
Familiarity with API integrations (Zapier, Make, native integrations, etc.)
Knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing best practices
Experience supporting B2B organizations

Position Details

Temporary/Project-Based (approximately 60–90 days to start)
