Customer Care Coordinator

Position Summary

Quest International is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to support our customers and Field Service team. This position serves as an important point of contact between customers, field engineers, and internal teams to help ensure service requests are properly documented, scheduled, tracked, and resolved.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer service requests by phone and other approved communication methods and open service tickets.
• Route incoming calls and requests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain and monitor customer service ticket and task lists.
• Coordinate communication between customers and Field Service Engineers.
• Schedule and coordinate onsite service visits.
• Follow up on open service requests and help ensure issues are moved toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate information within ERP, CRM, or service-management systems.
• Prioritize work based on customer needs, service requirements, and established SLAs.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, including handling challenging or upset callers.
• Work closely with a small team while independently managing assigned responsibilities.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other business applications to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Approximately one year or more of relevant customer service, call-center, scheduling, dispatch, service coordination, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems strongly desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.

Location: Irvine, California
Employment: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire, Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $20.00–$24.00 per hour
