As a Residential Real Estate Agent, you will specialize in helping clients buy and sell single-family homes, condos, and townhouses. Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through proactive outreach and networking
- List residential properties including single-family homes, condos, and townhouses
- Conduct market analyses to determine competitive pricing
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms
- Consult clients to understand their needs and guide decision-making
- Show properties to prospective buyers within the local area
- Prepare contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License (or able to take class and state test to obtain.)
- Proven sales techniques and client management skills
