THE WORK: You'll collaborate with land use, planning, and development experts to streamline the end-to-end development process. You'll work across multiple teams and departments to eliminate gaps and ensure cohesive project execution. You'll lead cross-functional coordination during the review, due diligence, design, and permitting phases of data center projects. You'll establish and manage delivery teams tailored to the specific needs of each development project. You'll bring commercial and practical experience to overcome complex land development challenges. You'll ensure development timelines are met to support the timely construction of critical infrastructure. You'll identify risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track and within budget. You'll implement and enforce efficient development practices to achieve organizational business targets. You'll act as a central point of accountability for development-phase milestones across multiple projects. You'll communicate progress and challenges effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. $120,000 - $155,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or related field Minimum of 7 years direct experience in Land Development or consulting work in Land Development Minimum of 7 years experience in project management, working on projects engaging directly with municipalities, AHJs, and utility districts to drive appropriate resolutions to development Minimum of 7 years of combined working experience in the land development, design, permitting, and construction industrie.
