Recruiting CoordinatorThe Recruiting Coordinator will be the operational backbone of our talent acquisition efforts during a period of rapid scaling. This role is critical to maintaining our hiring velocity while ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience with our company. You'll manage the full lifecycle of interview coordination across all roles—from engineers building our foundation models to go-to-market teams scaling our enterprise business.Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, often with same-day turnaroundsManage candidate communication from initial outreach through offer stage, maintaining our brand voiceCoordinate travel logistics and onsite interview experiences for out-of-town candidatesPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize interview processesMaintain data integrity in our ATS and generate recruiting metricsCreate and improve operational workflows to handle our growing interview volumeHandle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism2-4 years in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or operations roles (startup experience preferred)Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume scheduling and complex logisticsExperience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsSystems mindset—you naturally spot inefficiencies and implement solutionsStrong judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion; bias to actionTechnical aptitude to quickly master new tools and build automated workflowsExperience with Ashby ATSExperience supporting technical recruiting or working in AI/ML companiesFamiliarity with scheduling tools and automation platformsPrevious experience in hypergrowth/startup environmentsWe believe that to build superintelligence that is truly open, you need to start at the foundation.
