Prepare quotes as needed for assigned agents within a given region(s). Approve quotes up to a maximum amount financed of $200,000 Provide lite business financial review Work with Credit Underwriting on approval of deals over $200,000 Accept inbound phone calls from agents and provide outstanding customer service. Respond and handle all emails in a timely fashion while providing outstanding customer service. Accept ACD calls from any agent and: obtain information required for a quote, refer such quote requests to the appropriate account executive, or provide the quote to the agent. Account executives should also answer any general inquiries, or route questions to the appropriate departments within FIRST for handling. Monitor quotes, and business from assigned agents, for FIRST “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends. Communicate effectively with: Inside Sales personnel, Relationship Managers, and Marketing departments regarding agency information (such as new business opportunities, persistent challenges, competition, etc.) to provide the best possible terms, rates, and service. Perform quote follow-up on all new quotes, renewal quotes, and lost quotes from the prior year. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
