Transfer Preparation Support — Assiststudents with university transfer processes such as applications, FAFSAquestions, and navigating tools like Transferology. Customer Service — Provide front‑desk supportby answering phones, greeting visitors, checking in students, schedulingappointments, directing guests, and sharing transfer resources. Marketing & Communication s — Supportpromotion of Transfer Center events and services. Event Management — Help plan and executeTransfer Center events, including preparation, setup, registration, andwayfinding. Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester; Maintain satisfactory academic progress; Adhere to College's confidentiality policy; Successfully pass background/drug screening; Answer phone and take messages; Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying and faxing; Open and sort mail; Strong interpersonal communication skills; Willingness to learn new technology; Assist with special projects; Other duties as assigned.
