Are you organized, customer-focused, and experienced in the collision repair industry? DeVivo Companies is looking for a Collision Center Operations Assistant to join our busy Collision Center in Middletown, CT. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, insurance companies, and technicians while keeping the repair process organized from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping our collision team operate efficiently. You can learn more about us at What We Offer: Top Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00/hour Financial Security: 401(k) with company match Work-Life Balance: Paid Time Off Career Growth: Paid training, certification reimbursement, and promotion from within Perks & Culture: Employee referral bonuses in a stable, family-oriented environment Day to Day Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience Create and manage collision repair work orders and estimates Coordinate with insurance companies throughout the claims process Communicate repair status and updates to customers Schedule repairs and help manage daily workflow Maintain accurate repair orders, customer files, and vehicle history Work closely with technicians to ensure customer concerns are properly documented Assist with administrative and office functions to support the Collision Center Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members What We're Looking For Previous experience in a collision repair or body shop environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and administrative abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience writing estimates or coordinating collision repairs preferred Connecticut Appraiser’s License is a plus, but not required Familiarity with Mitchell, CCC, or other collision estimating software preferred Experience with dealer management systems such as Excede/Procede is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel High school diploma or equivalent I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status and any other protected classes.
