SERVICE ADVISOR

Description Summary/Objective Consult with customers regarding service needs. Preferred Education/Experience One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises eight non-supervisory service technicians in the service department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
