Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and culturally competent mental health counseling through video sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Our goal is to empower clients to take ownership of their mental health and equip them with the tools necessary to maintain long-term wellness. You will be instrumental in cultivating a therapeutic alliance that fosters trust and encourages open communication.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of a current, independent state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) with no disciplinary actions.

• A strong capacity for interpersonal communication and a high level of computer literacy.

• Reliable home-office setup with a stable Wi-Fi connection for seamless telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor’s degree is a baseline qualification, we prioritize candidates with a Master’s degree along with direct experience in the field of mental health counseling. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, treatment modalities, and a track record of building rapport with clients are highly desirable attributes. Compensation and Benefits\n
