Internal Medicine Practice Operations Manager

UC San Diego is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the Internal Medicine practice in Hillcrest. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will oversee daily clinic operations, fiscal management, recruitment, onboarding, training and retention of staff, and external marketing activities to ensure exceptional patient care. You will supervise patient support staff, coordinate the work of clinicians with the Clinic Medical Director, and drive quality improvement, privacy and safety #J-18808-Ljbffr UC San Diego
