We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop stronger seller skills, create more listing opportunities, and build a consistent listing-focused business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for an agent who enjoys connecting with homeowners and wants a proven approach for turning conversations into appointments and listings.

You will learn how to find potential sellers through prospecting, database outreach, networking, lead generation, and consistent follow-up. Develop the skills to uncover homeowner goals, discuss market conditions, prepare property valuations, and create meaningful reasons to stay connected.

Through coaching and hands-on experience, you will learn how to conduct seller consultations, prepare listing presentations, discuss pricing and property positioning, present marketing strategies, handle objections, negotiate contracts, and guide sellers from the initial appointment through closing.

The focus is on developing a predictable pipeline through consistent activity and strong relationships. As your experience grows, you will be positioned to earn more listings and build a long-term business through repeat clients, referrals, and an expanding database.

• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals
• Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
• Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price

• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Currently licensed in real estate
• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself

• Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research

• A real estate license is required
• Good communication

• Must live within daily driving distance of the office
