Design Associate - Corporate Workplace

Responsibilities Develop workplace planning and interior design solutions that advance project objectives (user experience, functionality, sustainability, and brand). Lead and coordinate pre-design and design activities with external architects/designers, vendors, and internal project teams; align on scope, deliverables, and decision points. Maintain strong knowledge of workplace strategy, space planning, and FF&E/finish trends; research and recommend solutions that improve consistency, performance, and cost effectiveness at scale. Translate brand standards, design guidelines, and culture into cohesive design narratives and deliverables (e.g., test fits, finish palettes, furniture plans, and presentation materials). Collaborate continuously with internal partners, consultants, and service providers (in person and virtually) to resolve issues and keep deliverables on track. Requirements 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Proficiency with design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD/Autodesk products, Bluebeam). Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset; sound judgment and proactive problem-solving. Bachelor's degree. No Required Certification(s). #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
