This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate is independent, analytical, detail‑oriented, strong in communication, and comfortable working across departments (HR, Operations, Sales, Implementation, Support). This is a 100% on‑site position in Tampa, FL, and we are hiring immediately. Key Responsibilities Accounting Leadership Lead and oversee the accounting function Supervise and guide two team members handling operational accounting Strengthen accounting workflows, documentation, and internal controls Collaborate closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams Core Accounting Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Oversee payroll processing and payroll accounting (system‑neutral) Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain the General Ledger and ensure GAAP compliance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Support the month‑end and year‑end close Oversee sales tax reporting and compliance with external consultants Systems & Reporting Work within the Zoho Books and Zoho Finance applications Provide accurate reports, reconciliations, and schedules for leadership Maintain audit‑ready documentation for internal and external requirements Operational Support Manage the company expense policy and reimbursements Maintain an organized, secure financial file structure Ensure accurate and timely handling of confidential financial data Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5–8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience Experience supervising or reviewing the work of other accounting staff Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently in a growing, fast‑paced environment Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) Experience with Zoho Books, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar systems High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline #J-18808-Ljbffr ZKTeco Workforce Management
