Your day-to-day will include:Performing preventative maintenance and safety inspectionsServicing and repairing hydraulic, AC, and DC electrical systemsEnsuring equipment is ready for use and meets all safety standardsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environmentCollaborating with the Service Manager and Shop ForemanProviding excellent service and support to our customersWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent, diesel experience3-5 years of hands-on experience with hydraulic and electrical systemsTechnical training or factory certifications (preferred)Strong attention to detail and safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy You’ll Love Working HereFamily-owned culture with a strong sense of communitySmall team working together with a great sense of prideConsistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm (or 5pm), Saturday morning rotationAll PPE provided — safety is our priorityOpportunities for growth, training, and developmentPhysical RequirementsThis role involves standing, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
