Location: Fremont, CA, Greenville, SC or Louisville, KY Key Responsibilities Design, build and maintain Corp wise or Cross Functional business domain dashboards and reports using BI tools, such as Microsoft Power BI or similar Partner closely with 3 or more in Supply Chain, Product Sourcing, Procurement, Warehouse, Traffic, Manufacturing, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Finance, or Accounting to understand business processes, reporting needs, and strategic priorities Develop automated reporting and data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes Create and maintain documentation for data models, transformations and reporting logic Define project scope, gathering requirements, creating timelines, managing backlogs, and ensuring the timely delivery of BI products Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers, and translate findings into actionable insights Ability to lead complex projects, influence partners, and communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels Establish and enforce data governance, validation rules, and transformation logic to ensure data consistency across systems Collaborate with data engineering team to optimize data pipelines, ensure data quality, and improve data availability Qualifications & Technical Skills BA/BS degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of experience with traditional data warehouse architectures, such as centralized data warehouse, data mart Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data modeling concepts (start schema, dimensional modeling, semantic design) Proficiency in Microsoft excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions Solid understanding of historical, snapshot, and incremental data processing patterns Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (e.g. databricks/Hive/Snowflake schemas) Exposure to data science tools or methodologies (Python, R, machine learning concepts, data bricks, snowflake) Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Informatica, Azure Data Factory), Alteryx, and Jira.
