About The Role The role is the first touchpoint for prospective customers: identifying target accounts in the B2B SaaS and cloud infrastructure space, starting conversations with technical and economic buyers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (60+ touches/day) via cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn across a defined territory Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns using MEDDIC or BANT frameworks before routing to account executives Research mid-market and enterprise accounts to personalize messaging to IT directors, VPs of Engineering, and ops leaders Book 10-15 qualified meetings per month and consistently hit monthly pipeline and SQL quotas Maintain accurate activity logs, notes, and next steps in Salesforce and Outreach Partner with marketing to test messaging, iterate on sequences, and provide field feedback on target segments Exceed weekly KPI targets for dials, connects, meetings booked, and SQLs What We Are Looking For 0-2 years in SDR/BDR, inside sales, or customer-facing roles; strong academic or internship records considered Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable cold-calling technical buyers Coachable, resilient, and motivated by quota and clear performance metrics Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools Interest in B2B SaaS, cloud, or developer-tool markets Bonus: prior tech sales experience, second language (Spanish a plus given Miami market), or track record in athletics, entrepreneurship, or campus leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
