Tulip has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast award winner, one of Energage's Top Workplaces USA, and one of Built In Boston's "Best Places to Work" and "Best Midsize Places to Work.About YouYou are organized and process-driven; you're not afraid to define how you want things to go and communicate this with your stakeholders.You're a good listener and understand the unique psychology of both hiring managers and candidates across different global cultures.You naturally tend towards data to track results and improve processes across multiple regions.You can quickly prioritize and organize your time to get things done, often under deadlines and across various time zones.You are naturally creative, curious, and inspired to learn new things.What Skills Do I Need?3–5+ years of dedicated full-cycle recruiting experience at a tech company and/or fast-growing startupDeep experience recruiting across both technical and commercial roles for enterprise software and/or SaaS companiesExpert proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI tools for sourcing and outreachProven ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads while staying adaptable and resilient as priorities shiftStrong track record owning the end-to-end recruitment process — from building diverse pipelines to navigating complex offer negotiations across all seniority levelsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and craft compelling job descriptions that attract diverse talentOwn the full-cycle recruiting process — from sourcing passive candidates to extending and closing offers across a range of functions and seniority levelsProactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using creative sourcing channels including AI-powered tools, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networksServe as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process, building genuine relationships and ensuring a consistently excellent experienceLeverage Greenhouse to maintain pipeline integrity, accurate data, and a compliant, efficient recruiting workflowAnalyze recruiting metrics to surface trends and make data-backed recommendations that improve process and outcomesContribute to broader Recruiting and People team projects, including employer branding, DEI sourcing initiatives, and operational improvementsKey CollaboratorsChief of StaffPeople OperationsFinance / Business OperationsHiring ManagersWorking at TulipWe know even great candidates experience imposter syndrome. Within the range posted, actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, market compensation data, and internal equity. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
