Human Resources Associate

Supporting the People and Culture team, the full-time Remote People Operations Associate will manage employee inquiries, assist with benefits administration, and provide Workday support while ensuring data integrity and compliance. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll Process employee transactions in Workday and assist with navigation and self-service functionality Support benefits enrollment and coordinate with vendors to resolve employee issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, or HRIS administration Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday Strong customer service and employee support skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
