Position Overvie wWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Associat e to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources function. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, benefits coordination, compliance, and employee engagement while helping build scalable HR processes that support our continued growth .The Human Resources Associate will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional employee experience, maintain compliance with employment regulations, and contribute to a positive, high-performing workplace culture Key Responsibiliti es HR Operations & Administrat ionMaintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel fil es.Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding process es.Prepare employment documents, onboarding materials, and HR communicatio ns.Support HRIS administration and maintain employee data accura cy.Assist with benefits enrollment, employee changes, and vendor coordinati on.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedur es.Recruiting & Talent Acquisit ionCoordinate interview scheduling and candidate communicatio ns.Support full-cycle recruitment for corporate, technical, and operational positio ns.Partner with hiring managers to coordinate hiring activities and onboardi ng.Assist in preparing offer letters and employment documentati on.Help improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experien ce.Employee Experience & Cult ureSupport employee engagement initiatives, team events, and recognition progra ms.Assist with performance review processes and employee development activiti es.Help foster a collaborative, inclusive, and positive workplace cultu re.Serve as a trusted resource for routine employee questions and HR suppo rt.Compliance & HR Polic iesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment la ws.Support I-9 verification, employment eligibility documentation, and personnel recordkeepi ng.Assist in maintaining the employee handbook, HR policies, and internal procedur es.Coordinate required compliance training and HR-related documentati on.Support HR-related compliance initiatives, including documentation and policy manageme nt.HR Projects & Report ingPrepare HR reports and workforce metri cs.Support payroll administration by coordinating employee information with payroll provide rs.Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and special projec ts.Assist leadership with workforce administration and other HR initiatives as need ed. Qualificat ions Educa tion: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related f ield.Experi ence: 1–3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a startup, technology, or high-growth environ ment.HR Knowl edge: Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR best practices, and employee lifecycle proce sses.Communication & Organiza tion: Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information profession ally. Preferred Qualific ationsExperience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, BambooHR, ADP, or similar sy stems.Experience supporting multi-state empl oyees.Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing technology co mpany.Experience supporting compliance initiatives and HR process document ation.
