Senior Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer capital expenditure tracking processes
• Perform analysis on corporate management accounts and financial reporting (US GAAP & International).
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and process automation initiative
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen internal control
• Perform month-end close review and activities
• Communicate with business unit leaders on financial matters
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses for management
• Partner with FP&A on forecasts and budgets
• Prepare and upload monthly key performance indexes
• Support ERP system integration: Work with systems like SAP and any other related systems to ensure accurate reporting
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to optimize accounting processes
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities

Experience

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• CPA or pursuing CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
