Now Hiring: Senior Staff Accountant / Accounting Professional

What You'll Be Doing?

• Manage general accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and month-end close
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and cash flow analysis
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Assist with audits, internal controls, process documentation, and compliance initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Operations, and Finance teams
• Support treasury activities, cash forecasting, and banking functions
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff
• Assist with payroll as needed

What They're Looking For?

• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Previous experience as a Staff Accountant with strong hands-on accounting knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA preferred, or actively pursuing certification
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
• Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in a flexible environment where initiative and accountability are highly valued
