This role create intake processes, develop job description templates, and communication and change management activities.The intern will gain hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and compensation practices while contributing to a high-impact enterprise initiative that supports the job evaluation process.# **Key Responsibilities*** Design and administer intake questionnaires and data collection tools to gather accurate job information from leaders and stakeholders.* Develop standardized job description templates, guidance materials, and supporting resources to promote consistency across roles.* Support communication and change management efforts by sharing project objectives, timelines, expectations, and key updates with leaders and stakeholders.* Assist with organizing project materials, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities to improve the job description process.# **Preferred Qualifications*** Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* Minimum GPA of 3.0.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with varied audiences.* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.* Interest in compensation, job architecture, organizational design, process improvement, or HR operations.**PAY RANGE:****CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
