Senior Workday Configuration Analyst

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Configuration Analyst in a full-time remote role, this position will manage complex Workday configurations, serve as the top-tier escalation point for production support, and ensure system stability and performance across multiple modules. Key responsibilities Execute and maintain complex Workday configurations and advanced business processes across various modules Lead resolution of critical incidents and provide guidance to Tier I-III analysts on troubleshooting and resolution strategies Oversee bi-annual Workday release support activities, including testing and validation of system changes Required qualifications 8+ years of Workday experience with a focus on production support and configuration Proven experience operating at a Tier III+ level with escalation handling responsibilities Deep expertise across multiple Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Benefits Advanced skills in Workday business process framework, calculated fields, and security configuration Strong ability to analyze and resolve cross-functional system issues independently
