Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Washington is mandatory.

• Proven experience in both individual and group therapy within a substance use treatment context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses and opportunities for a sign-on bonus.
