Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Specialist to support the AVP of HR Operations and senior HR Business Partner in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is more administrative and project-driven than traditional HR Specialist positions, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure to high‑impact HR initiatives and senior leadership. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners Manage HR data, reports, organizational charts, and documentation Support HR projects, compliance activities, and regulatory tracking Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and follow up on deliverables Assist with recruitment and workforce-related initiatives as needed Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion Proactively identify needs and take ownership of tasks and projects Communicate effectively with leaders across the organization Requirements Bachelor’s degree required HR experience preferred; transferable skills will be considered Experience in recruitment, coordination, or administrative support is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work Environment Fully on‑site role based in the Bronx May require occasional travel between locations Ideal Candidate A true self-starter ("go‑getter") who takes initiative without being asked Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, sometimes ambiguous environment Confident communicating with senior stakeholders Willing to step outside their comfort zone and take on new challenges Demonstrates professionalism when handling confidential information #J-18808-Ljbffr
