We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our landscaping, irrigation, and lawn care team. This is a relationship-driven sales role where you will take ownership of incoming leads, build proposals, close contracts, and stay involved through project execution to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on new leads and gather project details from clients
- Schedule and conduct on-site property visits, take measurements, and prepare takeoffs
- Build and present professional proposals and contracts
- Be reliably available in the office to respond to client questions and proposal follow-ups
- Maintain relationships with key commercial and residential accounts
- Oversee quality of sold jobs and coordinate with crews
- Communicate regularly with staff on scheduling and project status
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales or account management experience, ideally client-facing
- Knowledge of landscaping and/or irrigation services
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable in the field and in the office
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel and Outlook
- Valid driver's license required
