Account Supervisor, Earned Media About the Role Develop and execute client storytelling in earned media. Pitch and deliver media results, securing coverage and strengthening media savviness of teams and clients. Maintain a strong roster of top‑tier and cross‑category media contacts and build new relationships as needed. Serve as a leading member of Zeno’s Media Network, educating colleagues on earned media best practices and the evolving media landscape. Maintain deep knowledge of the media landscape and identify media opportunities for clients. About You At least 5 years of agency or in‑house experience, with primary expertise in lifestyle and consumer media, securing interviews for executives. A robust portfolio of recent media coverage across national, local, broadcast, print, and online mediums. Ability to conceptualize media‑worthy stories from initial ideas and quickly evaluate what is “mediable.” Excellent writing, editorial, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to deliver clear, convincing content to clients and senior leaders. Strong multitasking skills, juggling multiple client projects and internal priorities. Leading‑edge knowledge of today’s media landscape and a forward‑looking perspective on earned media as part of a communicator’s toolkit. A solution‑oriented, collaborative, go‑getter mindset.
