Production Associate – Entry Level

Future Openings | Portland, CT Area | $17.50/Hour | Monday–Friday | Temporary

A.R. Mazzotta is accepting applications now for future Entry-Level Production Associate openings in the Portland area. These opportunities will become available as positions open with our client.

Looking for a full-time opportunity where you can learn new skills and get your foot in the door with a local manufacturer?

No manufacturing experience is required—training will be provided. If you're reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment, we'd like to hear from you.

This is a temporary assignment with the potential for extension based on business needs.

The Opportunity

• $17.50 per hour
• Monday–Friday, full-time hours
• Temporary assignment with potential for extension
• No previous manufacturing experience required
• Training provided
• Learn different production processes and workstations
• Work as part of a team in a structured manufacturing environment

What You'll Do

• Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks
• Follow work instructions and established procedures
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Operate equipment and machinery after training
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Move between workstations as needed
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new tasks
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing experience is not required
