Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, couples, or family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to strategize and deliver comprehensive care that addresses both mental health and substance use disorders.

• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date electronic client records and progress notes adhering to HIPAA guidelines and best practices in documentation.

• Engage in regular supervision, contribute to team meetings, and participate in professional development activities to continually enhance your clinical skills.

• Uphold the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct in all interactions and ensure all practice methods comply with state regulations regarding social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults in outpatient sobriety programs who are managing mental health issues alongside substance use challenges. The clientele may include individuals undergoing detoxification, and families seeking support as they navigate the complexities of addiction. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
