Litigation Paralegal
My client, a successful and growing personal injury law firm with offices in the South Miami area, is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Case Manager with a strong background in personal injury. The right candidate will be fully bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and comfortable managing a high-volume caseload from intake through trial preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
- Support attorneys with trial preparation and litigation tasks
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
- Maintain organized case files and monitor all key deadlines
- Translate and interpret for client communications and document needs
